Dara Resnik Creasey joined Castle as half of a two-person writing team with her husband, [[Chad Gomez Creasey]], in season 6. They worked previously on ''Pushing Daisies'' and ''Mistresses'', and their first writing job together was on the staff of ''Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip'', Aaron Sorkin's follow-up to ''The West Wing''. In season 7, they both wrote their first solo episodes as writers; at the end of the season, Dara left Castle to join Jane the Virgin while Chad remained.
